1. Who we are

K3NGS is developed and published by Secret Dev Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17348332. Secret Dev Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”) also operates K3NGS at https://k3ngs.io, including Klondike solitaire with collectible artist card decks (web and Android app). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and games.

2. Information we collect

Account & collection. If you create an account or play as a guest, we store game progress (your card collection, currency, purchases, secured solitaire decks, and similar save data) through our backend provider Supabase. Optional email address if you register.

Solitaire on your device. K3NGS Solitaire saves settings and in-progress game state (deck choice, layout preferences, secured cards, and related play data) in your browser’s or app’s local storage so you can resume without an account. This data stays on your device unless you sign in and we sync collection entitlements to your account.

Payments. On the web, purchases (for example Remove Ads) are processed by Stripe; we receive purchase status, product identifiers, and amounts — not your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data they process. In the Android app distributed via Google Play, Remove Ads is processed by Google Play Billing under our organisation developer account (K3NGS / Secret Dev Digital Ltd); purchase validation and entitlement state may be handled by RevenueCat. We receive purchase and entitlement status, not your payment card details (those are handled by Google).

Advertising (Android apps only). Free Android builds may show ads unless you own Remove Ads. Rewarded and interstitial ads are served by Google AdMob (publisher pub-3672494704598582). The website does not serve Google AdSense, AdMob, or HTML5 Games ads.

Google and its partners may use cookies, device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and similar technologies to deliver, personalize (where allowed), measure, and prevent fraud related to ads in the Android app. We do not intentionally pass personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) into Google ad requests. In regions where required (for example the EEA/UK), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can manage ad consent and related choices before personalized ads are shown.

Technical & usage data. We and our hosts (e.g. Vercel, Supabase) may log IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and error/diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the service.

Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the games and purchases you request); legitimate interests (security, analytics, advertising); and consent where required (e.g. certain cookies, personalized advertising, or marketing). You may withdraw consent where it applies without affecting prior processing. Where a consent management or similar prompt is presented in your region, follow that prompt to manage advertising preferences.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Retention

We keep account and collection data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Solitaire data in local storage remains on your device until you clear site or app data or we change storage keys in an update. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution. Logs may be kept for a shorter period for security and operations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at contact@k3ngs.io. We will verify requests where appropriate. Clearing browser or app storage will remove local K3NGS Solitaire save data on that device.

K3NGS and K3NGS Solitaire are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country without parental consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data. We do not use Google advertising services in a manner intended to target children under 13.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
