1. Agreement
K3NGS is developed and published by Secret Dev Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17348332.
These Terms govern your use of K3NGS at https://k3ngs.io operated by Secret Dev Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”), including K3NGS Solitaire and related collection features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service
K3NGS is a browser-based collectible card platform. K3NGS Solitaire is Klondike solitaire played with artist-designed decks: you complete deals, secure cards you win, and build a permanent collection. Other K3NGS modes and features may change during early access. We may add, modify, or remove content, virtual items, pricing, or features at any time.
Virtual currency (Krowns), cards, season passes, Remove Ads entitlements, and other digital items have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable outside the service unless we expressly allow it, and remain our property or our licensors’ property. Secured solitaire cards are licensed for personal in-game and collection use only.
3. Accounts
You may play K3NGS Solitaire as a guest (with progress stored locally on your device) or register an email account to sync your collection. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.
4. Purchases
On the website, paid items (e.g. Remove Ads, Krowns packs, VIP Season Pass) are sold through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in supported currencies (USD, GBP, EUR). You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
In the Android app on Google Play, Remove Ads is sold through Google Play Billing. Google’s payment terms apply to those purchases. Purchase validation may be handled by RevenueCat. Digital goods are delivered when payment succeeds and entitlements are applied to your account or device session.
Remove Ads removes or reduces advertising in K3NGS Solitaire as described at purchase. Season pass and similar items unlock in-game benefits for the stated season or period described in the store.
5. Refunds
General policy. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable once entitlements have been granted to your account (e.g. Krowns credited, ads removed, season pass activated).
When we may refund. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion if:
- Payment succeeded but the item was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- Applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund
How to request. Email contact@k3ngs.io within 14 days of purchase with your receipt, account email (if any), and a description of the issue. Include Stripe or Google Play receipt details if available. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible; timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Google Play purchases may also be refunded through Google’s own refund process.
EU/UK consumers. Where law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after purchase and you may lose the withdrawal right once digital content is supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
6. Advertising
Free Android builds may include rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. The website does not serve Google ads. Paid entitlements (Remove Ads, VIP Season Pass) remove or reduce advertising as described in the store. Ad partners may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized automation in solitaire or other modes
- Manipulate card claims, ads, or collection grants
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as allowed by law
- Harass others or upload unlawful content
- Circumvent paywalls, ads, or purchase systems
- Resell or commercially exploit virtual items or deck artwork without permission
8. Intellectual property
The games, card art, deck designs, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our partners. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for entertainment and personal collection within the app.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. LOCAL SOLITAIRE SAVE DATA MAY BE LOST IF YOU CLEAR BROWSER STORAGE OR USE A DIFFERENT DEVICE WITHOUT SIGNING IN.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk to the service, or discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive (payments owed, refunds policy, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
